02  Proshare participates in repair tests

Suzhou Proshare Environmental Protection undertook this Gulangyu seafood system refurbishment and upgrade project. The repair and testing work with the ship is time-critical and demanding, requiring the completion of all parts within half a month to prepare customs clearance to send the ship and installation, Proshare company desperately scheduling, sent five water treatment systems and mechanical and electrical engineers to work with the ship, sweating in the nearly 50 degrees Celsius of the narrow cabin space, repeatedly overcoming high temperature and dehydration of the discomfort, before the cruise ship out of the shipyard, the completion of the old and orderly dismantling, installation and commissioning work. The system successfully reached the standard required by the original system after the operation and testing, and successfully completed the water system renewal work of the cruise ship.
This cruise ship water system renewal work is also the second cruise ship seafoam system replacement project operated by Proshare after 'Merchants Eden', which is different from other seafoam projects, which was built in 2004 by the British water treatment company and has never been operated since 2019, and the water machine system is seriously aging, and the working scene is The narrow and stuffy underwater cabin, the noise and high temperature make the working environment particularly harsh, and also need to cope with the interface conversion of the British standard equipment in advance, complete the cargo clearance and delivery of the ship and other preparatory work in advance before the cruise ship docking, and complete the replacement and maintenance of instruments, valves, homogeneous filter material, desalination membrane, electrical equipment and pipelines, etc. within the limited time of the cruise ship docking, which is a great test for the company's overall scheduling, departmental collaboration and personnel ability.
