The '2024 Pioneer Science and Technology Entrepreneurs Series List' was initiated by Sci-Tech Board Daily in conjunction with Shanghai Institute of Science and Technology Intelligence (ISTIS), and supported by StarMine Data, Venture Capital, Due Diligence Bao, and Tianyi Zhike. After 5 months of information collection, data verification, and multi-dimensional scoring, 4 major lists were produced with 47 pioneering science and technology entrepreneurs - 10 Scientist Entrepreneurship Pioneers, 12 Hard Science and Technology Business Pioneers, 10 Female Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Pioneers, and 15 Pioneers of New-Quality Productivity Value.
Among them, the Scientist Entrepreneurship Pioneers list is mainly for entrepreneurs and executives of emerging industry enterprises with scientist background, focusing on scientific research background.
The selection is a concentrated display of the innovation achievements in China's science and innovation field in the past year, recording the efforts and wisdom of science entrepreneurs. Through the selection, the experience and insights of science and innovation entrepreneurs in their respective fields are shared to provide reference and inspiration for those who come after them; the personalities and styles of science and innovation entrepreneurs are made known to more people, their unique charms as pioneers of the times are demonstrated, and the public's understanding of the current potential of innovation in China is enhanced.

Personal Profile

Lin Xiaofeng, PhD from University of Strasbourg, France, is a national-level high-level talent, and is now the general manager of Suzhou Proshare Environmental Protection Technology Co.
He was selected as one of the 'High-level Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents Introduction Programme' in Jiangsu Province in 2019, and was selected as one of the 'Gusu Leading Talents Programme' in 2017. He used to work in CNRS, engaged in the research and development and industrialisation of polymer self-assembly thin film technology, and was awarded the 2017 Jinji Lake Talent Plan Science and Technology Leading Talent, 2017 Gusu Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leading Talent, 2019 Jiangsu Province 'Shuangchuang Talent' Entrepreneurial Category, 2019 Jinji Lake Talent Plan High-level Talent, 2020 National Major Talent Introduction Project.
